Berry Marttin serves as Chief Executive Officer of AgriBridge Initiative, bringing more than three decades of international banking, agricultural finance, and leadership experience.
Throughout his distinguished career, Berry has played a key role in advancing agricultural development, sustainable finance, and global food systems. As a former Member of the Executive Board of Rabobank Group, he oversaw Global Wholesale and Rural Banking, Food and Agriculture, Leasing, Sustainability, and RaboResearch operations across international markets.
At AgriBridge, Berry provides strategic leadership focused on connecting farmers, investors, cooperatives, and global markets through sustainable agricultural financing and development initiatives.
His vision is centered on strengthening agricultural ecosystems, expanding access to capital, improving market connectivity, and creating long-term opportunities for farming communities worldwide.
