These terms govern your use of the AgriBridge Initiative platform and services. Last updated: July 2026.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and AgriBridge Initiative (“AgriBridge”, “we”, “us”) governing your access to and use of our website, investor platform, and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
This document is a general template and should be reviewed and finalised by qualified legal counsel before public use.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Services. Access to certain investment or financing opportunities may depend on your jurisdiction, regulatory status, and successful onboarding and verification.
To participate in the programme you must register an account and complete identity verification (“KYC”), which may include submitting government-issued identification, proof of address, and other information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. We may suspend or refuse access where verification cannot be completed.
Agricultural investments carry operational, market, and environmental risk. Projected returns are estimates based on operational models and are not guaranteed. Capital is deployed into real agricultural activity and may be affected by factors beyond our control. You should only participate with capital you can afford to place at risk and should seek independent financial advice where appropriate.
Loan access is tied to active investment participation as described on the platform. Eligibility ranges are indicative; final approvals depend on verification, compliance review, and operational assessment. Repayment structures vary by product and agricultural cycle.
Your investor wallet reflects funds and returns recorded on the platform in its accounting currency. Deposits and withdrawals are processed following manual verification and approval by our finance team. We may apply limits, holds, or additional checks to protect against fraud and to meet compliance obligations.
Applicable fees, where charged, will be disclosed on the platform prior to a transaction. We may update fees from time to time with notice.
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, to misrepresent your identity, to circumvent verification or security controls, or to interfere with the integrity of the platform.
All content, branding, and software associated with the Services are owned by or licensed to AgriBridge and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgriBridge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for investment losses arising from ordinary market and operational risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, where required by law or regulators, or where necessary to protect users and the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable operating jurisdiction of AgriBridge. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
